4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

Submit documents and identification requested to perform services

Maintain timely communication when follow-up is needed

Make payments on time as agreed

Avoid applying for unnecessary new credit during active strategy periods if advised

Continue making required payments to your creditors unless otherwise instructed by a licensed attorney or legal professional

You understand that your participation and financial behavior during the service period may affect your results.

5. SMS, Email, and Communications Consent

By submitting your information through our forms, website, social media platforms, or other communication channels, you consent to receive communications from ES Global Services, including phone calls, emails, and SMS messages, as permitted by law and based on your consent.
